Drapion V Lost Origin 118/196

Drapion V is one of the most blatant anti-meta cards ever created. Seemingly designed to counter Mew VMAX’s Fusion deck, this card is optimized solely for that task.

The Mew VMAX deck filled the board with Fusion Strike Pokémon and then dealt huge damage with the Dark-weak Mew VMAX. Drapion’s Wild Style Ability allows it to attack for free with four Fusion Strike cards on your opponent’s field, which was always going to happen with the Mew VMAX deck. Drapion could then deal 380 damage thanks to Weakness and take 3 Prize Cards.

Mew VMAX was one of the most lethal cards in the game when Lost Origin released and this card found its way into many decks.
