Genesect Promo XY119

This Genesect has a very realistic artwork illustrated by PLANETA. This card was released during the Pokémon 20th Anniversary celebration in its own collection box. There were many Mythical Pokémon released as special full art cards.

Genesect, along with the other Mythical cards, were reprinted with regular arts in the Volcanion and Magearna Mythical collections.

The card isn’t particularly strong, but it’s meant as a special collector’s edition. Linear Attack isn’t bad for sniping evolving Basics, but Destructor Beam costs too much Energy to be practical.
