M Lucario EX Furious Fists 55a/111
This Full-Art version of Mega Lucario EX was released in 2017 as part of the Mega Powers Collection. Mega EX cards did not receive full arts until Primal Clash, instead having gold versions. Mega Lucario EX got this full art card in the Best of XY Japanese set, which was released in the Mega Powers Collection in English.
Mega Lucario EX, along with the other cards in the collection, highlighted the new “Yellow A Alternate” ruling. Any card with this symbol kept the set number of the original it was based on, instead of becoming a Black Star Promo. Despite being released in 2017, this card is technically part of 2014’s Furious Fists, designated 55a/111. This was done to ensure that these cards rotated with their original prints.
Yellow A Alternate became obsolete with the introduction of Regulation Marks.
