Exeggcute Plasma Blast 102/101

It’s interesting that Exeggcute managed to make the cut for a Gold Secret Rare in Black and White. The reason why it got depicted in its Shiny form is because of its Ability, Propagation.

Propagation allows you to return Exeggcute to your hand if it’s in the Discard Pile. If you can find an Exeggcute or two in your deck, that means that you never have to discard a card again. Ultra Ball typically requires you to discard two cards, but you can simply discard two Exeggcute and then return them to your hand using Propagation. Ultra Ball has now become equivalent to Master Ball, an ACE SPEC.

Exeggute helps you to keep more cards in your hand and allows you to stomach cards with big discard costs. It’s very strong in the Expanded format.
