Rayquaza C Lv. X Supreme Victors 146/147

Rayquaza C Lv. X was part of the Platinum Series’ SP mechanic, where Trainer’s Pokémon received designations based on their Trainer. Rayquaza has a C designation since it is owned by Cynthia, the Champion of Sinnoh.

The thing is, Cythia never owned Rayquaza in the video games or anime. Presumably, the developers wanted to include Rayuaza as an SP and Cynthia was the best fit. Garchomp C Lv. X was another Dragon-type that Cynthia is known for using. Coincidentally, there was a dream sequence in an anime episode where Cynthia did use Rayquaza.

The attack is a little ridiculous, costing three different Energy types. Rayquaza was never seen using this type combination before or since.
